Pink and Blue Part Two 25 October 2015

Preview photos from the second half of this extended family photo shoot. This little 2 year old lady just wanted to throw leaves and run and who can blame her, that sounds like fun to me! Adorable growing family. Grandma and Grandpa are so patient and kind when holding these little wiggle worm grandchildren. Jackson Senior Photos 25 October 2015

This was my first time photographing a guy in a senior photo shoot and it was so much fun! The property we used for this was absolutely AMAZING. So many great spots to use and then you combine that with the fall leaves and the dewy morning light and I just fell in love. Jackson was fun too once we got his blood pumping so early in the morning and then he really started to get into it. His entourage of mostly women followed us around and helped make him camera ready and even his kitty Winston couldn't help but get in on the action. His dad hauled that humongous chair out into the corn field and I really love the way those came out.

Thanks gang for letting me capture this momentous time in Jackson's life, I look forward to some snow fun this winter with the whole family!!!

Batman and The Elder Family 24 October 2015

I've had the privilege of photographing the Elder family literally since little Noah was born which means I get to see how much he grows and changes every year! This year he is looking much less baby-faced and more like a little model. He has huge eyes with super long lashes and a pout about his lips that the Kardashian family would envy. Erin and Dan are a fantastic couple that laugh and don't take things too serious which really makes for some super fun photo shoots. Noah aka Batman has become this spunky, walking, talking 2-year old who says "that's awesome!" when throwing leaves up in the air. How great is that?! Pink and Blue and a Tractor Too 18 October 2015

I am a BIG hot pink fan so as soon as I saw the hot pink accent color chosen by this family, I was smitten. Super cute, model family that brought the cutest props with them including a little tractor tricycle that has been passed down through the generations. We used a little slice of land that belongs to the Grandparents which was so perfect with its little paths and overgrown brush with the sun popping the colors out. The Crazy Campbells 17 October 2015

These guys are big pranksters and gigglers! I like that cause it keeps things light and breezy just like the weather this time of year. The Campbells were willing to climb down into the weeds in their nice shoes, snuggle on command and even jump when I asked. They collected caterpillars in the purse mom trekked through the woods and threw leaves at each other with the glee of 2 year olds. Great family, great location and I had a great time.
