The Happy Hatfields 14 October 2015

Kids crack me up and here's why...they're so genuine and funny and they really do say the darndest things. Little Miss Harper is the very definition of kids that crack me up with wit and thoughtfulness and energy. I had a ton of fun playing around with the whole family but I think my favorite moment was when they were throwing leaves up in the air over her head and she was a stone-faced power poker player. She looked back and forth and stood there and her mom says "Nothin'." I don't know maybe you had to be there or hear Julie say it but it sticks with me as a moment where sometimes things just aren't how you picture them in your head...with the kid laughing and jumping and running through the leaves with squeals of delight. Now don't get me wrong, there were squeals of delight but I really enjoyed moments like this where you could almost hear Harper's brain processing what was going on. Loved shooting with you Hatfields and I hope we get to do it again! Enjoy...
